Game 60: Habs Beat Rangers 3-1 – The Recency Bias

Zach was live and in person at the Bell Centre on Thursday night as the Rick Nash-less, Henrik Lundqvist-less, Ryan McDonaugh-less New York Rangers were in town to face-off against the Carey Price-less, Shea Weber-less Montreal Canadiens. Habs prospect Noah Juulsen made his NHL debut in a game that could well have been the last in Bleu, Blanc et Rouge for a few members of the current Montreal Canadiens. Wins aren’t ideal for a team in a race to the bottom, but sometimes they’re still nice.

Game 59: Habs Lose 3-2 to Flyers in OT

You gotta have variety, so it was nice to see your Montreal Canadiens find a different way to lose on Tuesday night in Philadelphia. Philip Danault made his return in this one, which means he’s likely the only person not beat over the head with all this losing yet.
