Game 61: Habs Lose to 4-3 to Lightning in SO – The Recency Bias

Tomas Plekanec was a healthy scratch on Saturday night, and by Sunday morning he was a Toronto Maple Leaf. Pacioretty scored in this one and has us all wondering if that was his last as a Hab. In an entertaining contest with the Bolts, most everyone’s thoughts were on the future, which at least meant we saw lost of Noah Juulsen.

Game 60: Habs Beat Rangers 3-1 – The Recency Bias

Zach was live and in person at the Bell Centre on Thursday night as the Rick Nash-less, Henrik Lundqvist-less, Ryan McDonaugh-less New York Rangers were in town to face-off against the Carey Price-less, Shea Weber-less Montreal Canadiens. Habs prospect Noah Juulsen made his NHL debut in a game that could well have been the last in Bleu, Blanc et Rouge for a few members of the current Montreal Canadiens. Wins aren’t ideal for a team in a race to the bottom, but sometimes they’re still nice.
