Not to say I don’t still have my doubts about Markov’s durability, but I have to say, I’d forgotten how much of a difference maker he can be. No way Montreal gets to overtime in Buffalo without him. In two games he has already been worth one additional point in the standings…Speaking of the Buffalo game, considering this season has long been dead, Erik Cole played those final seconds like it was a playoff game. Beast…Do people have no memories? All this love from Habs fans for what AK46 is doing in Nashville is ridiculous. He’s been on fire for a couple weeks and, of course, there’s no way this peters out and disappears for months at a time… some soccer player named Gomez scored more goals (4) in a single game than our Gomez has all season (2). I said a SOCCER player… Will Markov finish the season with more goals than Gomez? My money is on Markov…Jay Baruchel and Viggo Mortensen are competing hard for the Biggest Habs Fan: Celebrity Edition title, but me thinks the edge goes to Aragorn, son of Arathorn at this point. Your move PMK…I’m starting to believe the Habs will finish ahead of the Leafs this season and that has got to be the definition of bitter sweet… I’m also starting to believe the Senators could finish ahead of the Bruins for first in the Northeast and that’s the definition of WTF…Until next time…
